We at Synchrony are serious Stars Wars fanatics. (Who isn’t?) So when Nissan invited us (along with our sister agency Spinifex), to partner with industry giant Lucas Films to introduce the Nissan Rogue at the Los Angeles Auto Show, we immediately panted “yes.” But with this opportunity came some seriously high expectations: not only are the teams at Lucas, Disney and Industrial Light and Magic notorious perfectionists, the Auto Show audience is composed of the world’s most discerning automotive experts. How’d the launch work out? Suffice it to say that our multi-disciplinary team of directors, VFX artists and technicians met those expectations and blew them out the door. In the words of one journalist covering the event, we “pushed the boundaries of what’s possible to create a fully immersive experience that the Auto Show audience isn’t likely to forget.” Couldn’t have said it better ourselves.
