Collaborating closely with Dodge/FCA’s leadership team, we set out to make the release of the Dodge Demon at the NYIAS, a truly historic event worthy of the worldwide audience’s fevered anticipation for “The World’s Fastest Production Vehicle”.

ECD Damian Fulton developed the story arc leading to the Demon’s worldwide reveal by cleverly distilling the Hellcats’s evolution into a powerful metamorphosis of fire and brimstone. “We wanted to theatrically amplify the evolution of a legendary muscle car into the world’s fastest production vehicle. The world was waiting for this moment, so we decided to bring the cars’ namesakes to life as powerful robotic behemoths and created a dramatic unfolding of the transformation story right before their eyes”.

Synchrony’s CG and graphics team was hell-bent on updating and elevating these iconic characters above and beyond their earlier incarnations.

We were willing to go to hell and back to insure Tim Kuniskis (Head of Passenger Car Brands – Dodge, SRT, Chrysler and FIAT, FCA – North America) had the all firepower necessary to tell the story behind the birth and evolution of the “The World’s Fastest Production Vehicle”. Leveraging our highly-integrated partnership with GPJ, we equipped a massive cage set piece with 3 mil LED screens and an impressive arsenal of synchronized pyrotechnic effects. The resulting coordinated CG, motion graphics, pyro, and sound combined to create an epic live experience that quickly became the most talked about NY Auto Show event. Detroit Free Press heralded it “A night that those in attendance are unlikely to forget.”

And happily, neither will Dodge and FCA.

Got a particularly hellacious assignment? Bring it on!
